Remember me is a new genre from Lynda and as I am really into psychological thrillers at the moment it has come just at the right time for me to read with interest. I was hooked from page one and couldnt put it down as I found the story packed with suspense and intrigue, just what I enjoy when reading this type of book.Clare, Chris and their child ben live in London; Clare is a part time teacher but totally devoted to 2 year old ben to the point of being neurotic. She is also addicted toSharni seems like a perfect new neighbor for Clare; she admires her sense of style and her interior decorating skills. She even offers to take care of Clare's two year old son, Ben, while Clare works part time. She seems too good to be true........and she is. It starts out with Sharni decorating rooms of her home like Clare's, then she buys the same outfits as Clare, and has her hair cut in the same style. Soon, Clare begins to feel that Sharni is taking overher life, and that she wants to
Insidiously creepy and disturbing, a very tangled web indeed.
Easy to read, a good storyline, over all enjoyable
The writing was good and the plot development excellent. Some of actions taken by Sharni were a little too much but it was enjoyable overall
Clare barely makes a living as a school teacher, but her life is peaceful with her beautiful son,Ben. While her husband makes enough money to pay the bills, the two of them barely have money leftover so they live modestly, not a bad thing as long as they have their son with them. When they meet their neighbor, instantly a connection is build and Clare looks up to a stranger that is oddly attached to her son. Against her better judgment, she hires a babysitter that treats Ben like her own,
